In this case the ice water is stocked in a separate dice builder and pumped through the evaporator of the external tank. In addition to the already mentioned advantages for a standard ice water tank, we got extra-advantages:

• Milk cooling is fast also beyond 10°C.
• The capacity calculation of the ice builder depends on the circumstances (ice formation during night only or presence of a pre-cooling )
