TAKE OFF PANEL

This system allows us to manage in a very easy way but extremely efficient the automatic take off of the cows. It is characterized by two components, a control panel with internal electrical board and a flowmeter. The flowmeter is placed at the level of milk pipe and its task is to evaluate the milk flow speed which cross it. An appropriate floating is able to start the procedure of take off from the animal at a time when the milk flow falls below a threshold set. It is possible to change the take off level by replacing a graduated deflector which coincides with the desired take off level. The upper panel, placed next to the milker, allows us to start the milking phase, to stop it manually or to exclude the automatic take off feature. It cannot manage the animal identification and it cannot therefore be combined with a herd managing system.
